Dividend Policy
In consideration of the industry in which the Company operates is changeable, and the life cycle of the Company is in the stage of stable growth, the Company’s dividend policy determines on various factors, including earnings of current and previous year, and the Company’s future capital needs and long-term financial planning.
The amount of earnings to be distributed in the current year, shall not be below 25% of the new distributable earnings in the current year. Distribution of earnings shall be made by ways of cash or stock dividend, where the proportion of cash dividends may not be below 10% of total dividends.
